HFS 20500 - Fitness and Wellness Concepts 3 Credit Hour(s) This course will provide the student with knowledge of physical and mental health concepts and engage the students in hands-on personal health assessments. Behavior modifications strategies to eliminate unhealthy behaviors and assist in the prevention of health-related diseases will be explored with an emphasis in developing the student’s personalized wellness program to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
