Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Innovation and Leading for Change at Lindenwood University is designed for experienced educators and professionals who are passionate about transforming education through bold leadership and forward-thinking strategies. This program empowers change-makers to lead with vision, drive systemic improvement, and foster innovation across educational and organizational landscapes. Graduates will be equipped to lead innovative initiatives that improve educational outcomes, design and implement strategic change in complex systems, conduct applied research that informs practice and policy, and serve as thought leaders and advocates for equity, access, and excellence in education.
