The Exercise Science (BS) with emphasis in Strength and Conditioning provides students with a strong foundation in the scientific principles of human performance, strength development, and athletic enhancement. This emphasis equips students with the knowledge and hands-on skills to design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based training programs for athletes, teams, and individuals across various fitness levels. In addition to comprehensive coursework and practical experience, the program prepares students to pursue the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a leading credential in the field of strength and conditioning.
