COM 10500 - Group Dynamics and Effective Speaking

This course is designed to teach participants various interpersonal skills pertinent to one-on-one, small group, and large-group communication. Topics covered will include “reading” the audience, non-verbal communication, the rules of etiquette and appropriate dress, effective use of the voice, and group dynamics. Students will be required to make a series of formal and informal presentations in class.
